1. ORDERS

Accepted Answer

All orders are placed via our website. Please note that all orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Balloon Story. Our managers will contact you confirm the order and delivery time.
You can place your order as late as 12 hours before delivery time. However earlier orders are preferable to guarantee the delivery (24-48 hours). For any urgent order (6-8 hours before delivery time) please contact us at balloonstory.paris@gmail.com first to get confirmation.
If you have a custom order (giant balloons, special colors or important number of balloons) please send us a request using our online contact form and consider at least 3-4 working days.

2. DELIVERY

Accepted Answer

At Balloon Story we guarantee to deliver the order at the specified time. The precise time of delivery is the one asked during the order and confirmed by the manager.
The delivery is made only In PARIS (1,7,8,16 arrondisements) and is charged as follows :
Eiffel Tower (Trocadero)
Monday-Saturday / 8AM – 6 PM – FREE DELIVERY
Early or Late Deliveries (6-8 AM /6 -9 PM) - 10 euros
Sunday - 15 euros
PARIS 16 – 15 euros
PARIS 8 – 20 euros
PARIS 1,7 – 25 euros
If we are unable to deliver your item on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. If, on the other hand, we are unable to make a delivery as scheduled due to circumstances outside our control (the unavailability of a recipient or a wrong address, for example), we do not issue a refund.

3. PRODUCT

Accepted Answer

Balloon arrangements are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to match orders as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions. While minor variations are sometimes necessary, the concept and value of the item ordered is always guaranteed.
Product photos of balloons represent the average size, and may vary in minor ways.
Please note that the photos on the product page are not contractual. Colors are perceived differently inside, outside, on a shiny or rainy day.

4. CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGES

Accepted Answer

To change your order, please contact Customer Service at balloonstory.paris@gmail.com. Changes can only be made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.​
Cancellations for a full refund are allowed if made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date. If an order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date, no refund will be issued.
